Ventura County ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk im Süden Kaliforniens. Es grenzt an die Ausläufer Los Angeles und gehört zum dortigen Ballungsraum.
Das County hat eine Fläche von ca. 5.719 Quadratkilometer, auf die sich ca. 853.000 Einwohner verteilen (2010).
Von den 5.719 Quadratkilometern Fläche sind ca. 940 Wasserfläche. Es teilt sich auf 10 größere Städte sowie ein paar kleinere Gemeinden auf. Die Städte sind:
